What exactly is "1 beef"?
>>42340823
meat from cow, bull, or pig one piece
I'm also gonna supplement with chicken in order to eat varied
>>42340796
Looks good to me :^)
>>42340796
2 beef is too much, limit yourself to one serving of meat a day tbqh
>>42340796
As a money saver, I buy vegetables in bulk.
And either only have 1 beef a day, or change it to Turkey or Chicken Breast.
If you pad your diet with vegetables and water, you won't be too hungry and it's healthier than just meat.

Eat dark green vegetables
I reccomend spinach
2 BEEF

Needs more brouzef
>Not eating 10 beef a day
CMOOOOOOON!
switch out red meat for chicken if you can, its leaner and you can eat more/feel fuller while still getting your protein in, and its cheaper than red meat. coffee and oatmeal is good, not sure if you sweeten it but black coffee is best. also get some veggies in there somewhere or youll die

veggies on the seventh day.. is it too little or can I pull it off?
its just that where I live veggies are damn expensive and I'm on a budget

low budget*
I have about 2 cups of rice, 1 chicken breast, and 2 leaves of kale, twice a day. I don't consume anything else except varying amounts of water (would it be better to start measuring how much water I drink?), or the odd glass of 1% milk.
Being on a budget, this works pretty well for me, but I want to know if there's anything else I should be wary of. I hear differing opinions on how important having breakfast is. I'm shooting for weight loss at the moment. I'm 6'2", 290lbs.
