I'm currently 36 and use to be in pretty good shape, but due to daily rat race and a 4 year long undiagnosed problem with hypothyroidism (now fixed) I lost it all and took awhile to get just normal again. I want my body back but even better than before. Being sick like that and being weak made me realize how much we take our health and fitness for granted.I want to get ripped this time. I know it won't happen over night and it's going to take alot of discipline, but I'm game. I just need to know if it's really possible to get ripped at my age still.
