Dude chest comes from humeral adduction. Pressing motions do not utilize pecs as prime mover.

I started getting minor shoulder pain. switched flat bb bench to incline db bench and OHP to standing db shoulder press. I kept close grip bench because it never bothers my shoulder. Shoulder pain disappeared quickly. I do miss bench though. plan on mixing it back in to my workouts soon
