i'm running nsuns 5/3/1 (5-day) and i'm finding the major deadlift day, which involves consecutive sets of:
warm-up sets
5x75%
3x85%
1+x95%
3x90%
3x85%
3x80%
3x75%
3x70%
3+x65%
where all percentages are of a training maximum. i can cope with the volume, but it takes far too long given the amount of rest i feel i need to take
does anyone have any better ideas for how to structure my programming for deadlifts? (1RM of 165kg @ ~80kg, by the way.)

pls. does anyone have experience with Magnusson/Ortmayer (Mag-Ort), or Coan/Philippi, or anything else that can be plugged-in?
