I'm looking at buying my first protein powder and I need some advice.
Short summary of my situation
>Haven't a lot of money
>No fridge so therefore no milk
>Looking for a powder that is preferably a whey/casein mix
>Don't really care about what percentage is protein or not as I'm already not eating much anyway
>Ease of digestion and price per gram of protein are the most important factors.
What does /fit/ recommend.
