So I've accepted that losing weight and getting fit and healthy takes a whole lot more than just a few weeks of exercising but takes a lifestyle change. My issue is motivation. How do you motivate yourself to work out everyday? I've been doing it for a few weeks, and I've started to see results and I feel great but I'm far from enjoying it, and it takes a lot of willpower to get started and push myself everyday. Some people enjoy the process and I wish I would too. I use that time to catch up on shows or enjoy music but it's still a trudge. I have anxiety and am being medicated, fatigue is a huge issue even with medication (tried a few different types/docs, still same issue). What keeps you going, /fit/?
