Chew gum, do cardio, drink a fuck ton of water, and get a good skincare routine. Also get some effay fits and a haircut. This did more for me with grills than lifting ever did.

My neck was 14 inch unflexed before now i easily hit 15.5-15.7.

Problem is most of my collars don't fit anymore and some small t-shirts also became way too tight.

It took around 3-4 months of just fucking around. Neck grows extremely fast imo.

You cant spot train your neck, your neck gets trained throughout many lifts, mainly dead lifts, squats and OPH.

If you feel your neck/jaw strain on a lift, its working.

You cant specially train your neck unless you put weights on your head and then peck the floor or something

I've been doing neck extensions on my bed followed by heavy barbell shrugs on my off-days

My neck is a 14" pencil. Hoping to see gains soon. Seriously considering buying a harness because exercising on a bed is too difficult and I'm too embarrassed to do this shit on a bench at the gym

Most neck shops are terrible and shave off parts of the jawline along with the neck. This shop is particularly awful. If you just shop the neck and actually let the jawline intact (which you can't affect with any sort of training) people don't look too much different.
