I've had posture problems for a while, doctor told me to go on long walks, which I've been doing.
Of course that doesn't work so I decide to try standing up straight and lying on my front when I go to bed. My body just reverts itself into Quasimodo mode like an uncoiling spring.

I was you 5 years ago. Convict conditioning fixed it for me. Also your abs and neck are pinched , which hurt like a motherfucker to sort out, possibly pinched nerves, which i had, so youre not feeling parts of your backside.

I made this go away, so its possible, if the missaligned discs and nervepinched muscles havent started to go stiff, then you are superfucked.

If you're not going to take advice, get the fuck out. If you want to be able to do a push-up, start with wall push-ups. Then do kneeling push-ups, until you can do a real regular push-up. Strengthen your ENTIRE BODY and you will fix your terrible fucking posture. Bad posture leads to a world of health issues. Take this shit seriously while you're still young and able to do the things we're telling you to do before the only way you're able to get around is through a fucking rascal.
I have actually improved my posture alot since I started doing deadlifts only a few months ago.
