Could you guys recommend a routine for a 60+ year old man to do that doesn't involve squats or anything that uses a rack. The gym does have a free barbell just no rack. Asking for a friend.

Kettlebell front squats. AKA Goblet squats.
Light weight / reps 10 - 15 for everything else.
Prune juice.
