It's a fun cute little thing. Don't buy it for weight loss, that would be pointless. Good for half an hour a day of yoga and stretching shit and a few games.

I used one to track weight loss, which it was pretty good at. Of course this was like ten years ago before I had a smartphone with a million apps able to do it better.

I'm sure you could do step aerobics or whatever with one though.

The novelty was the only interesting thing about this. Games were not fun, and the cardio was also crappy.

I use it to just weigh in on and track my weight.
Cardio isn't intense enough.
The wife does those Just Dance games.
She says those are pretty good and looks hot doing it.

I unironically use my Wii Fit balance board as a scale. It's actually pretty good, and you can save the output data as an Excel spreadsheet or export the weight data to FitBit. It has multiple profiles and saved me a couple hundred dollars on buying a "smart scale".
