Should I go to the gym tonight even though I have to get up at 6 am to be at foot ball practice? Or should I skip gym and go to sleep so I can get something close to 8 hours of sleep? My football practice has been limiting my time at the gym and I haven't been to the gym in over a week, so if I go to the gym tonight and get around 4-5 hours of sleep for scrimmage tomorrow will I be fine?

Sleep. I used to train instead of sleep and it just leads to feeling like shit and bad training
