Ok, so im 5'8 @18

Did my bad habits as a teen fuck up my torso, being slouched over, heavy weight and sitting down and not getting up and moving around make me a manlet?

I have 8inch hands, i wear a size 13 shoe and my wingspan is 6'3. i think the reason im short is because of my tibias. My friend who is also 6'1 has longer tibias and thats the only difference between us
