You will make good gains in your chest put poor leg gains. The proteins in eggs have more amino acids suited to pecs than any other muscle, that's why chicken breasts make up so much of there body since they grew from the protein in the egg and also where the term chicken legs come from cause someone who eats chicken is missing out on alot of important leg hypertrophy amino acids because of the chicken protein amino acid profile that came from the eggs of the chickens.
