I'm 18 and the most I can make in the kitchen is eggs and soup. I'm underweight and trying to gain muscle, but I'm not getting nearly enough calories to grow and I'm hungry all the time. I can't work out anymore because I have no food to fuel me through it.
Can you give me some quick and healthy recipes for me to eat? I'm tired of eating the same shit and I'm sick of sitting idly and hungrily as my body deteriorates. I never knew eating could be so goddamn hard, but it seems like there's no food at all besides cereal, sandwiches, soup and sandwiches.

Here's a quick and easy recipe.
>Ingredients: chicken breast, a sauce of your choice if you're feeling fancy
Cut up the chicken in to bite size pieces. Doesn't really matter how big, as long as you can easily get one on your fork. Throw this diced chicken in to the pan and cook it until it's not pink anymore (5-10 minutes usually). For flavor you can add some sauce, preferably right when you get it in the pan.
Depending on how big the breast is and what kind and quantity of sauce you use there's 400-700 calories and it's mostly protein. Definitely not the best tasting food in the world but honestly not bad and it couldn't possibly be easier if you own a stove a pan and a knife
