Just run a 5k
Is this a legit time after 1 year of training? My first log was 39 minutes, I am currently 91kg 185 cm

ehh kinda average tier but you have to understand that running that is non-sprinting and more distance focused favors skellies. so if your not a skelly any mid-long distance isnt going to be easy.

it's a little slow, but as you run more and get better you'll drop minutes left and right. anything you can do to drop weight will help your knees.

Improvement is good, yes.
Recently when I've run I get pain in my hip flexors and I'm not sure why. To my knowledge I haven't changed anything up. The only thing I could think is that my shoes are getting old (I run w/ Hoka One One shoes). Any advice on things that might cause hip flexor pain?

btw I use the Hokas because I got them for free, I have no particular attachment to them (did C25K in them but now I'm ready to amp my mileage up)

nvm 26:36 is decent, just over 8:00 pace
I already run 2 times a week but I want to get from 15 to 10% bodyfat. Should I run 4 times a week instead and only hit the weights 3 times per week?
It's a pretty good time, as someone who did cross country running in highschool, just doing long ass jogs to build a base is the most important part, followed by interval training
Good job op
Think that when I run I don't lift my legs nearly enough. Been watching some videos and I think I almost keep my legs entirely straight, which probably isn't good for my hips or speed
I'm freaking the fuck out.
I have 1 month left to get a 11 minute 2.4k
Currently I can only run 1 mile in 7 mins 30 secs
I've yet to run more than a mile without stopping. I have been platued at a mile for a while now.
Can someone write me a m/w/f running program that will add half a mile to my run endurance in 30 days?
The run is tested on a treadmill and I do my running on a treadmill, so I can use that to my advantage.
