Do you use resistance bands? How do they fit into your training?
Been wanting to try the band pull-aparts every day meme for rear delts.
What kind of band should I start with?

I use them with microplates as projectiles to defend the squat rack.
I use them for facepulls because I don't have a cable machine. They collect dust the rest of the time. Homegym btw
