Are there any vegan diet plans out there? I need to lose 20kg.

Man you're in luck. The absolute easiest, best and healthiest way is doing a whole food vegan diet. You will never be hungry and will loose weight fast and you won't even think about it. I lost about 10kg over a few months doing it and it really wasn't something I really thought about I were just like "oh nice some weight loss" since at the time I only cared about my blood values. Will probably be hard for you at the start but after a while you get used to the taste and will actually start to feel strong cravings for the healthy food. Also be careful with the fiber took my like 5months before I could eat 60g+fiber without stomach issues!

as a vegan I find that my carb intake is through the roof. How do you get around that? Do you just eat vegetables and no carb/protein?
