start giving a shit. I was just sitting in my room playing games getting fat and being mediocre. one day I took my shirt off, looked in the mirror and was disgusted so I put my running shoes on and went out running. Once I was out the door it started raining, I wouldve turned around normally but in that moment I decided I was gonna go all the way this time.
4y later I am happy with where I am at, lost a lot of weight, gained quite a lot of strength and muscle and am doing well in life also.
I know it sounds dumb but just do it, no talk just start. You dont have to be perfect starting out but doing SOMETHING is better than nothing...
