left photo was taken months ago, I was 79-80kg (~175lbs) at the time. Now I don't look much different (right photo) but I weigh 85kg (187lbs). How is this possible?

actual noticeable gains are the hardest to get. once the noob gains are gone, no one will notice shit about your body changes for a good year or more
