I want to order a medium pizza for myself but It cant be over 1700 cal or it'll throw off my cut. Is there any way to figure out/estimate calories in a local pizzeria? Or should I just order from a chain and be safe.
>>
or maybe just maybe you shouldn't eat a whole fucking pizza while on a cut
>>
no matter what pizza and with any toppings, thin with all veggies? Still gonna be excess of 2000 calories

I think it really depends on where you're from. A frozen hawaii pizza at my local supermarket contains roughly ~980 kcal, and they're about 350g and light on oil. Go with a pizza that has lean meats (chicken/ham) and vegetables, and ask them to go easy on the oil. Should keep your medium pizza in the 1200-1400 kcal ballpark, but can't say for sure without dissecting it.

Dominoes lets you know how many calories it is per slice with their pizzas. For example, it's 300 calories per slice in a large pepperoni pizza from dominoes. Eat some now, eat rest later, play it safe.

>cut
>eating out
does not add up.
if you cut, you don't get to eat out
it is impossible to determine what you ate and how much, the best you can do is guess. which will just make your cut take longer.
plus, outside food is trash anyway.

Don't be a bitch dude, you can cut exclusively on junk if you count your damn calories and macros.

Plus, a pizza a week (as long as it's your only meal of the day) is a good way to kickstart your metabolism and carb up, plus it's a good mental break.

People like you who dogmatically follow "rules" are fucking losers.

I lost 75 lbs I
occasionally during that cut I only ate ice cream sandwhiches

You sound like some fat fuck just starting a cut who is still hanging on to some mom science.

You will not make it if you try to cut don for months on end only eating "healthy" foods.

Normies never succeed in losing weight because they think they have to eat salads all the time and can't take it.

Cutting is easy af to me because I just take a protein supplement and can eat a 20 pc chicken nugget meal if i feel like it (only 900cal, my cuts usually have 1600 limits).

Just do a one punch man body weight routine (100 pushups 100 situps) etc to maintain muscle mass and you'll be fine.

I've got a better idea for you: Don't eat Pizza. You're not Chad.
There is NOTHING in pizza that you should be eating if you're on a cut. Enjoy your chicken breast, plain rice, and steamed broccoli, OP. You know I'm right so don't even argue with me.

Nigga I eat pizza a week and have cut to 180 from 210, you have no fucking idea what you're talking aboit.

7/10 because you got me to reply

Explain to me anything in pizza that you should be eating if you claim to be 'fit' (or /fit/ for that matter) that you can't find a healthier source for. Or are you just looking for an excuse to eat shit food because you never broke yourself of the habit?
>>

First, mental health gains. A pizza every now and then is a good break from the monotony of strict dieting. The best diet is the one you stick to, and cheat meals will help you stick to a diet in the long run.

Second, the macros in pizza aren't awful. A large pie has maybe 150g protein, 100g fat, and 300g carbs.

Third, 20/80 principle. If you do things right 80% of the time, the 20% doesn't matter.

Fourth, and most importantly, look better than you so my advice is more valid.

Just find a similar size from pizza hut or whatever, then add 500 calories to be safe.
