I am 5 11, 165 lb and i have Been cutting with 1650 calories and 138g of protein for a week but i don't seem to be loosing weight, should i lower more my caloric intake? Why if my tdee is like 2500 i have to eat so little? I don't even feel hungry at 1650 cal. Is ir because i am a framlet?

Everytime I go on a cut I buy 12 packs, by the end of the 12 packs, my cut is over. Try to keep it at 2 ciggs/day. If you feel like you're getting more and more addicted, cut it off, it'll even cause you to lose more weight. Have fun.
