How do you deal with cutting fatigue?
I have all the energy for workouts and finish every set but feel shitty the rest of the day
I'm currently trying a high carb cut, ~800 under TDEE, with resistance training and 1 hour cardio.
Just 1 meal a day within a half hour of finishing my workout.
Feel fine all day, no fatigue or headaches, despite sometimes being 1k under TDEE.
How do you survive a cut?
I ate my 1950 calories and feel like climbing up the walls...

Vitamins/supplement s with lots of protein.
been getting lower, just remember to not eat your meals all at once.
once i started eating 4 small meals instead of 2 big ones i got a lower appetite and was able to get lower.
also adjust for your lower weight by cutting your meals the more you cut.
i throw in a dose of EC or sips to avoid fatigue
