Start lifting and your posture will be fixed
>>42327532
U gotta do big deadlifts
>>42327532
Have you tried lifting weights from the ground for the purpose of putting them down?
>>42327964
wrong, a huge amount of people who lift have horrible postures, especially lordosis.
start swimming and doing yoga
>>42327974
Lol go eat a dick with your crossfit shit
OP just start lifting alright
>>42327966
>>42327967
this
literally erector spinae training
>>42327974
never gonna make it
no, swimming doesn't fix your posture, it's a horrible meme. It's a nice cardio and it may help for scoliosis in kids, that's it.
how do people have bad posture just stand up straight lmao
>>42327983
I've been lifting for a year now and my lordosis and kyphosis haven't changed. Stop misleading people
>>42328054
You can't "just stand up straight" when your spine is fucked you idiot
Posturelets, my condolences. I love sitting up and standing straight. My core will always be superior!
The only thing lifting hasn't helped me with yet is my leg crossing and sometimes keeping both feet on the floor. I have to consciously manspread when I can get away with it.

>I've been an idiot in my training, therefore I'll draw generalisation for everyone
bent over rows until you puke

>just work out bruh it will magically go away
>I do and working out doesn't somehow fix my curved spine
>u aint working out right idiot
Stoo lying to people and end yourself
>>42329084
>I'm an idiot and my anecdotal evidence applies to everyone, everyone has my curved spine and brittle bone disease
OP asked about proper posture. Deadlifts and other back exercises like bent over rows target back muscles and more specifically the erector spinae. It won't fix a curved spine, this wasn't in OP. It won't fix scoliosis, this wasn't in OP. It WILL FUCKING FIX posture, once you've deadlifted you'll stay upright more naturally and without feeling like it's forced, nor it will fatigue you. Postural kyphosis and lordosis will be 100% fixed. Other causes (congenital/nutritional/osteoporosis-related/traumatic lordosis/kyphosis/whatever) obviously should be addressed by a specialist.
Yet we have to tolerate scumbags and underage idiots like you on this board. Enjoy your brittle bone disease and stop making generalisation on everyone. Consider joining the reddit community.

diddlys, when performed correctly and with an emphasis on proper form rather than on ego lifting, will only ameliorate the posterior chain and the overall posture.

not that anon but in my personal experience DL's really helped my posture
>>42329234
it's the same in mine experience. Deadlifting helped a lot. I'm actually uncomfortable if I slouch on the sofa or on a chair.
