no, swimming doesn't fix your posture, it's a horrible meme. It's a nice cardio and it may help for scoliosis in kids, that's it.

OP asked about proper posture. Deadlifts and other back exercises like bent over rows target back muscles and more specifically the erector spinae. It won't fix a curved spine, this wasn't in OP. It won't fix scoliosis, this wasn't in OP. It WILL FUCKING FIX posture, once you've deadlifted you'll stay upright more naturally and without feeling like it's forced, nor it will fatigue you. Postural kyphosis and lordosis will be 100% fixed. Other causes (congenital/nutritional/osteoporosis-related/traumatic lordosis/kyphosis/whatever) obviously should be addressed by a specialist.
Yet we have to tolerate scumbags and underage idiots like you on this board. Enjoy your brittle bone disease and stop making generalisation on everyone. Consider joining the reddit community.

it's the same in mine experience. Deadlifting helped a lot. I'm actually uncomfortable if I slouch on the sofa or on a chair.
