That's a bad routine mate, I'd suggest either a beginner strength routine or a PPL. Brosplits are bad compared to other routines
As for gaining weight, that's really up to you. I personally get about 1,000 calories from my breakfast (2 eggs, 120g of egg whites, 60g oats with 100g blueberries & half scoop protein powder, 4 slices of bacon, 3 mini pancakes, 2 cups of whole milk, oikos yogurt) and get the remainder of my cals from milk, beans, pasta, oats, or some meat. It ends up pretty easy this way. You just need to eat a little bit more, milk, olive/other healthy oils, and grains are your friend, lad

Thanks for the tips, out of curiosity how do you find the time to prepare such a big breakfast? I currently work unsociable hours (get home about 7am most days) and end up sleeping most of the day until my next shift. It takes me about 10-15 minutes to make it, 8-10 if I decide on scrambled eggs instead of over medium. I'd say knowing what you're going to eat is the most important thing, that way you're not wasting time thinking about what to eat or figuring out the calories you have left to eat.
Snacks are also pretty good, a pb&j (or honey, just peanut butter, any sort of combo) has around 500 calories already. Liquid calories are also probably your easiest bet bb on getting extra in cals throughout the day, good luck love u good

Severe Dairy allergies, They had me take a test with an allergy specialist and after the tests the doctor said he could not give me a waiver. I come from a low income family in denial, theres no realistic way I could afford college without getting raped by student loans, so I've taken a gap year to find a job and help pay the bills, though all thats come up is shitty part time work so far. 4 years ago before I started lifitng I was 227lb.
I dropped to like 189 lb. with considerable gains ive reached approx 17-15% bf. (6,2' height)

Ive stopped working and got fat 3 years ago after car accident,
got back to my heavy, 5 day gym routine like 3 weeks ago, got on samurai low carb diet as well.
While I can already see some progress ( already lost a notch on my belt, as well as i can see some fat lost from thighs and gut) today I weighted myself and I saw a whooping 244 lb on the scale. That was the first time I stood on the scale in 3 years.

The thing is, I still fit in most of the clothes I've been able to fit in when I was 195-198 lb, even though they do not appear so "loose" as they used to be.

Can anyone confirm or deny my points below?

>1. I suspect that most of mu muscles are still there under the fat layer from my lifting days 3-4 years ago, that is why I weight that much and yet I can still fit into my old clothes.
>2. creatine which I started using also is adding 4-6lb of water which is tied now in muscles

Can someone cofirm my caims or correct me if I just meme myself.

Any suggestions about supplementation will be welcome as well.
