Yeah we have mandatory swim lessons in the early years of schools, but I was always a fat cunt until I started lifting at 17.

As I said, I can swim, but not really coordinated enough to do it for cardio.

Learn freestyle technique. Its very efficientt.

Go once a week or something with a swimming team.
There are tons of technique in swimming, and it takes a lot of time to learn it.
It also takes some time to get used to not being able to breath whenever you want to.
