myofibrillar hypertrophy is mostly practiced through strength training.
sarcoplasmic hypertrophy is mostly practiced through bodybuilding.
The infograph is basically showing that training for strength increases the size of your muscle "pullers" and muscle "fluid" basically equally, while bodybuilding increases the size of the muscle "fluids" more than it does for the muscle "pullers".
So basically what the chart is saying is that you'll look bigger (perhaps temporarily) from sarcoplasmic hypertrophy because it just mostly pumps the "fluid" rather than every inch of the muscle, which is intuitively easier to do, something everyone already knew. Hope I'm not talking out of my ass.
