how do I get over the fear of squats /fit/, my legs aren't that weak and I can squat 225 but I can only really do 4 or 5 because I get so anxious that im going to slip and bend my shit all backwards.

I have long femurs so I kinda assumed it was him closing the knee angle before the hip angle.
