I'm 15 pounds overweight, but I still looked alright back when I was only 5 pounds overweight.
I eat a lot of fast food, so I'm guessing I need to diet some. What's the best diet for a man?
What should I do for exercise? I run sometimes, but it takes me 8.5 minutes to run a mile when I try my hardest.

Give up all sugar.
Soda, doughnuts, ice cream ect.
The sugar cravings will be brutal for a week or two, but it gets better after that.
