Anyone here deal with ribflare?
My bottom ribs seem to stick out no matter how Im standing
I dont have pectus, or I dont think so anyway, was never diagnosed with it, no hole in chest, the bottom ribs just stick out
Im 5'6 135lb trying to get bigger. I was wondering if this is something to see a doctor about or if there are ways to correct it.

Put on weight and don't worry about it. As the muscles in your torso fill out it'll be less prominent. Also, add in heavy ab work so your abs actually hypertrophy.

Literally me bro, I feel your pain so fucking much, the bottom of my ribs literally look like they stick out horizontally when I suck my gut in and hold my breath
No way to fix it or to make it normal other than to practice exhaling and breathing more lightly
