drink more water my pee was orange yellow this morning also

I've had hematospermia on and off for years. I went to a doctor while I was in uni, and he put me on antibiotics. That helped for a while, and i was back to shooting thick white loads. It kept coming back, so my urologist shoved a camera in my pisshole. Didn't find anything. Even did an ultrasound on my balls. Couldn't find anything. It went away for a while, but recently it just came back. shit sucks lads

Too many b vitamins and not enough water. If it's foamy and/or smells kinda like maple syrup then it's too much protein and probably low stomach acid.

I have hypohydrochloria from a botched feeding tube that left too much scar tissue on my insides, so my stomach only makes around 20% of the amount of stomach acid that it's supposed to. It causes extreme heartburn which feels like a heart attack or panic attack, and most people treat it with antacids and stuff like Zantac, but that just makes it worse in the long run.

Anyway OP, I went 15 years with this problem and when I started eating a high protein diet my piss looked like tea and smelled like Canada. When I finally stopped thinking that I had an anxiety disorder and told my doctor to just look at my fucking stomach, they found the problem.

The big solution that changed my life? Have a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a couple tabs of enzymes before each meal. And eat a lot of things like Greek yogurt and pickled stuff. Surprisingly, radishes and black pepper work really well when I can't get any ACV and enzymes.
