Hey fit I one day woke up with stretch marks and now I'm trying to get rid of them. They're still red/purple so I know they're still healing. What do you guys recommend? I was thinking of getting Dermefface FX7 or retin-A
Are they easily fixable? Ive heard laser surgery works but apart from that I dont know.

try bio oil

Depending on the day they can look pretty bad. I was hoping to avoid them turning white and to just fix them as soon as possible. I'm a leaffag so I'm not sure laser surgery is covered on insurance

Bio oil didn't seem to do anything for me

You should have drank more water, lad
>>42322092
How long did you use it? I read that it takes a couple of months to see progress.

Only for a month or so I saw that retin-a is faster

Is that really where they come from?
How to prevent this?
I don't have stretch marks because I haven't been lifting for that long but how do I prevent it from happening?
Just not bulk too hard or is there more things?

I got mine from wearing too tight of pants in the winter. They're caused by how much your skin can stretch so water consumption is a big thing. They can also be caused by rapid weight gain

Go out and buy yourself some gelatin and start eating that shit. It's loaded with collagen.
Make sure you're getting just straight gelatin powder though because Jello is loaded with sugar

Beef Gelatin, ya?

Beef, porcine, whatever. When it's broken down to it's gelatin state is all the same.

That also means rapid muscle gain
