HEy /fit/, i was wondering how i can open my third eye again. i did it a few years ago on a fast, saw some things i could't handle, and immediately gorged on soda knowing it would calcify it again. i've always had problems with weight, this awakening period was after losing 100 pounds. since then i have gained it all back, fapped like a maniac, and now have come down with serious back pain at the base of my spine. i believe this is because i have fully indulged in hedonism and my spirit and energy is currently stuck at base carnal levels.

please help me with a path to eat clean again while unlocking my potential.

also this is a shitpost and i don't expect much effort going into any replies as i typed this whole thing in 1 minute. yes this is also probably not the board to post this on, ban me and can me and man me and dan me.

I don't know about your shitty lifestyle, but I accidentally took 400mg of 4-aco-dmt and was quite transported. 2000mcgs of acid might also do the trick.

I'd recommend not being a fat fuck, however.
