Alright, so I was talking to my nephew who is starting to get into lifting/body. He asked me if drinking milk and eating certain things would really help bone growth. What food and nutrients build stronger bigger bones? Or is it just a meme?

I remember my mom telling me calcium was good for your bones, but I'm not sure.
