Mine lasted a week.
Didn't get them till 1-2 days later and the real pain was day 3/4 before it died down. Hence delayed in DOMS.

Eats lots and sleep lots. I had bad doms for my arms that lasted a few days.

It'll take about 5 days but if it's your tendon, be sure that arm is gonna be weaker for a significant amount of time
