Why does this board go out of its way to put each other down based on their goals? Be it getting fit, strong, just not sedentary, leaner, whatever. Why? I thought this board was about improving to achieve your goals, not to shit talk each other just because you dont share this particular goal.

DESU, talking shit about one goals and putting them down can be a great motivator. Had some friends call me a fat fuck back when I was 220, now I'm 155 and more muscular than most of them.

Simple solution: never share your goals, never post pics (even if you've made it) and just help people out with some stuff, and shit post every now and then.

Don't share your goals here because people will put thoughts into your head to make you start doubting yourself.
