Hey lads, I've been lifting since February and I think its time to cut bow. I did SS for s bit and then Candito's strength/hypertrophy. My questions are:

>what are some important things I should know about cutting?
>should I do intermitent fasting? Keto? Both?
>any specific foods yo7 recommend?
>should I do cardio, keep lifting or what? I want to Maintain my strength as much as possible
>can I even make gains while cutting?

Also, I'm 5'8", 78.1kg, about 26%bf. I squat 100kg x 6, deadlift 110kg x 6, OHP 60kg x 2, bench and row 70kg x 6 and can do 5 unassisted chin ups. Is it time to cut or what? I think so at least.

Yeah but on my proportions it looks fucking awful, my family had s tendency to store .let of our fat around our midsection and I look chubby as Fuck. If I become even fatter then it'll be much harder to cut later. It might be best to cut for a month or two just to lower my bf% by 5 or so.

I measured it with my scales and it says 26%. My mass is shit because I hardly train hypertrophy, but my lifts are decent for my size and weight. Besides, its much harder and takes much longer to lose weight if you're 30%+

You have flared ribs, as in your ribs flare out at the bottom due to you being a fatass in puberty and your ribs expanded around the fat. That divot in your chest and the ribs protruding are a clear sign. Because of flared ribs, your body will never be aesthetic until you hit brick-shithouse. Ottermode is out for you. Your midsection/chest will always be weaker because of this as well.
