Remember, most of what you look like is your diet!
I just got back from the store and wanted to see how my kitchen stacked up against what everyone else is doing, or if anybody learned any secrets during their time getting fit. For starters, one of the things I learned is blend up greek yogurt with stuff instead of buying protein powder.
Anyway, here's mine:
>FREEZER:
Salmon (4 servings)
Lamb (10 servings - mixed cuts)
Ground turkey (8 servings)
Steak (20 servings - mixed cuts)
Ground Bison (2.5 servings)
Chicken Breasts (17 servings)
Bananas (1 freezer bag)
Strawberries (2 freezer bags)
Frozen Vegetables ( 4 bags)
>FRIDGE
Fresh Broccoli / Brussel Sprouts / Kale / Spinach / Peppers / Mushrooms
Greek yogurt (24 servings)
Onions / Carrots / Garlic
12 Eggs
Shredded Cheese (15 servings)
>PANTRY
Canned Vegetables (16 cans)
.5 loaf sliced rye bread
Miniature Potatoes (1 bag)
Peanut butter (3 jars)
Soup (7 cans)
Peanuts (1 large Jar)
Tuna (2 cans / 3 pouches)
McCann's Oatmeal ( 16 servings)
Some weird Gluten free bites thing
On that note, all items that aren't store brand are locally grown / harvested or completely organic.
So what do you guys rate? Any ideas? What do you guys have? I figure this is roughly 1.5 - 2.5 months of healthy food up in here.
