So I've been going to the gym for about 8 months and bulking at that time. Happy with my strength gains and stuff but I've gained a couple of extra pounds more than I should have in last 2-2.5 months.My body fat is about 17-18% right now. I won't have access to a gym for about 3-4 weeks next month.
So, I was thinking that if I start cutting in those weeks and maybe some more, would it really be bad for my gains (strength/size)?
What's the difference between cutting while lifting and cutting while not lifting?
Cutting while not lifting: Goodbye gains
Cutting while lifting: Maintain somewhat gains, goodbye fat
