Anyone know about or use 1st Phorm? It's made in my city (st. louis) so the shipping is dirt cheap for me, and it seems high quality but a tad bit expensive compared to other stuff. I like the idea of the fast digesting protein powder and carb powder they have, but does it work as advertised?

Just unflavored on strawberry nesquick milk
I use Myprotein unflavored. But I wanna try some flavors soon and can't use this brand because of all the artificial sugars. Anyone have opinions on legion? Thinking about trying them next.

I measured out the gold standard serving size yesterday with my new scale.
They said 1 scoop rounded is 31.5 grams. Well I rounded that shit and come to find out, 1 scoop rounded is about 20 grams and 31.5 grams is closer to 1.5 scoops

the destiny of the powder is never consistent. Some times you get fine powder, some times you get more densely packed together powder. I use to go via scoop to, til I got fucked over from my preworkout. Turns out all those little clumps of powder add up. One scoop is suppose to be 6 grams, and the label strongly suggests to never go over that amount, yet 9/10 a full scoop weighted around 7-8 grams.
Never go by scoops or cups whatever. Weigh everything and make sure you scale works right.
I use pure protein because it is the best shit I can get in store without getting barmitzvahed at gnc.
honestly, I don't see why people give so many fucks about protein powder. If you aren't getting most of your protein from clean food, you fucked up.
