Help me /fit/, does anyone have any stories of beating achilles tendinitis?

I specifically have pain at the back of the heal, and have had it for over a year.

There are stretches that target that area of recommend dynamic warm ups before exercise and static stretches after that target the calves and tendon back there I can post some links if you want
