How do you manage a full time gf while being fit? Between that, college and a part time job. How do you count calories when she constantly make delicious food for you? I guesstimate but my progress is slower both when bulking and cutting.

I can't either. She doesn't cook but I'm soft hearted and but all kinds of shit for us to eat on weekends. If she ever gets fat things are gonna change, though.

The closer you become, the less time you are going to have to be /fit/ disciplined. Eventually you'll just shoot for year round dad bod and delude yourself into thinking you still look great.
Only way to avert this is date a fit chick from the onset who is into bodybuilding, yoga, or bare minimal natural home grown foods.

Im 5"9 and 280 pounds (mostly pure muscle though) mostly girls really want to be with me ive notcied because i cathch girls staring at me all the time especially at my pecs but i don't really want a girlfriend because i think it would cut into my gym time. plus i doubt a gf would wanna do ss with me im getting into the later stages but i could get one if i wannted to.

I lift 3x a week, every other day, have full time job, and gf.
>Wake up at 4:00AM
>Lift at 5:00AM
>Work 7:00AM-3:00AM
>Home at 3:30PM
>Bed by 10:00PM or 11:00PM.
Rest day is almost the same. I just wake up at 6:00AM, and go to bed by 8:00PM or 9:00PM.
No to hard. Just takes some discipline.

I manage a marriage with a woman working full time, a house, full time job myself, 4 days/week workout and cutting with mfp. I took the steering wheel concerning food to avoid her being my gains goblin. Every week we make a meal plan for dinner and lunch and decide who cooks/makes wich meal based on our agendas. We make a shopping list and I go buying all the food in order to avoid a steady flood of sweets and shit.
Gym is near company, so workout directly after work. Stat bike at home to do cardio 1-2 days a week.
