Hey /fit/

Long story short, all I have access to is a pull up bar and a belt to add weight.

Question: I'm fat atm. Can I AT Least achieve pic related (or higher?) doing pull ups alone? With correct diet naturally.

With the exercises you mentioned, since I won't be adding weight to them unlike pull ups, can I just do like 3x Failure?

And to confirm. With correct diet I can achieve leanness once I drop the weight?

To add, will bodyweight squats on their own be enough for legs? As in, will I get an imbalance or anything?

Well of course ideally you'd be squatting in a rack but if you don't have access/can't afford one then bodyweight is best you can do.

I would honestly invest in a 10kg home barbell and some plates. Not expensive and then you can throw in some overhead press, light squats, Bent over rows etc.

theres a couple solid core exercises you can do with a pull up bar as well
just don't overdo it with pullups if you're phat, your shoulders will not like this

also if you're really fucking bootleg use the weights for some shit
