For me, it was focusing on my glutes when walking.
I found out I had a gait that was more like a "controlled stumble", I'd slide a foot forward then shift my weight on it with my torso tilted forward. Very unsightly. I also have weak glutes and tight hams, probably 50% cause and 50% consequence.
Now I'm concentrating on moving my leg forward with uproight torso and starting the movement at the pelvis. I am also concentrating a lot on glutes while exercising.
