I used to not be able to look someone in the eyes for more than a few seconds. As I got older I didn't have that problem as often, but I still do sometimes. It's better or worse with certain people

The hardest habits to change are shit like looking at my receipt at the store or looking at hands for a handshake. Also looking away quickly after making eye contact. Just gotta be aware that I'm doing it.
