had a very serious injury and almost lost my left leg.Artery is now ok but my knee is fucked since i've torn all muscles and i'll have to get surgery.Im looking at 5-6 months untill i've be able to walk normally again.
I want to make a training routine in bed and a diet because i dont wont to turn into a fucking vegetable.

there's not much you can do for training, obviously.
as for diet, use your noggin. bust out your maintenance calculator and eat decent macros at the right caloric limit.
sorry for your injury man, but you should just be in recovery mode now.
