Legs will develop faster than upper body, and you'll plateu out with upper body soon before legs.

Ss is fine if you just take squats out for one of the days.

i have a fat bottom ... so it would be ok since that is where my fat accumulates.

Beginner programs dont really matter since youll only be doing them for a few months, so pick whatever you want, as long as you are motivated enough to stick to it. If you do do SS, add curls and skullcrushers
