My gym has a ((sauna)) and is included in my membership. I heard things about heat stress increasing HGH but im not sure how meme it is. Is there any point to spending an hour in the sauna after a workout, or is it negligible? Its not like i have anything better to do at home, but you know, it gets pretty boring sitting around doing nothing for an hour
I lovd to sauna bomb, all you have to do is squat over the heat source and take a shit. Then watch the reactions of people who come in.

is the sauna co-ed?

I mean, high heat dilates your blood vessels, so if that generally has positive effects then yeah, use it.
The main non-exercise point of the Sauna is that it's supposed to be meditative. You sit in there and relax and just feel the heat on your body while letting your mind clear.
For extra sensation, I bring a thermos of ice water or milk tea w/ ice in and drink it intermittently.
