Bar soap or body wash?

I use a goats milk bar soap that gets made locally. I usually buy it at the farmers market, but the soap company has a shop right down the street from me. It gets me clean, and I support a local business.

I use activated almonds skinny fat isolate soap. I harvest the almonds myself from almond farmers but also pay them, both supporting local business and reducing corporate slavery. I activate the almonds in free range reincarnated-Buddhist goat milk harvested through my own mouth for a more natural extraction.

Yes, it gives me infinite placebos about everything in my life.

In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub.

I never use alcohol on my face. It dries out the skin and makes you look older.

Start with bar soap it will kill bacteria and clean better, but will make your skin a little rough.
After that use the body wash that will make your skin smoother and smell nicer.
So the answer is both.
Ps. Use a cloth with the bar soap.

Whats some good soap that is not filled with strange plastics and such that will fuck with my gonads? I cant find dr. Bronners where i live.
