Pros/cons? I tried them today and I think I like them better than conventional deadlifts. I know they're more quad focused rather than hamstring focused, but I do back extensions too so I'm already hitting my hamstrings pretty well.

then its settled. i will visit the trap bar on the reg.

i was never proficient in barbell deadlift always felt awkard, trap bar feels much better.
I think a lot of quad vs hamstring could just be due to mind-muscle connection and using a weight you are able to manipulate rather than just trying everything you can to get the rep in.
