I too have gyno nipples and noticed them getting much better after I started lifting. Still noticeable, but now it's just the nipple that gets puffy instead of the nipple and the chest area around it.

I here with you senpai. Bit embarrassed when my shirt's off and people do think you roid when you have puffy nipples but it's whatever.

Don't let that stop you from getting that beach bod however. Better to be ripped with puffy than fat/skinny fat with puffy so you might as well get ripped.

i got the opposite. they're fkn tiny. about 1cm in diameter. pretty good though. when my shirt is off theyre alays mentioned: "hahaha look at your nipples theyre so small wtf " ...
